For returns or replacements, shipping charges to and from will be borne by the customer.

If your product arrives damaged, contact us via Email or WhatsApp with package opening videos and pictures within 24 hours and return it within 48 hours.

Do not accept unsealed or broken-seal goods. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags.
