RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns, Refunds, Replacements, and Cancellations
Please read our return and exchange policies before placing an order or initiating a return.
All returns are subject to Anjoos Collections' discretion.
Anjoos Collections only accepts returns for products damaged in transit or due to a manufacturing defect.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us via Email or WhatsApp, providing package opening videos and pictures of the product within 24 hours of receiving it, and return it within the next 48 hours.
We kindly request that you do not accept unsealed or broken-seal goods upon delivery, as this will not be considered a valid reason for return.
Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted. Please ensure that the returned items are securely and safely packed to prevent further damage during transit. For self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service and provide us with the shipping details via Email or WhatsApp.
Upon receiving the returned product, our quality team will conduct a damage check, provided your return meets the above criteria. We will then ship the exchanged product to you within seven working days or issue a refund.
Please note that due to variations in lighting and screen settings, the original product may slightly differ from the images.
As we sell handmade items, variations between products are expected and won't be considered as damage.
For products with a manufacturer's warranty, please address issues directly with the manufacturer. If you receive a product in poor condition or if the packaging is damaged before delivery, please refuse the package and return it to the delivery person. Additionally, contact us via WhatsApp at +919645415008 or email us at anjooscollections@gmail.com with your Order ID. We'll ensure that a brand new replacement is sent to you at no extra cost, provided the original product tag and packaging are intact when returned.
In addition to the conditions mentioned above, the following products are not eligible for return or replacement:
Products returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
Products without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial numbers.
Products from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
Refund or replacement will be issued in the following conditions:
Wrong product shipped by us.
The product received is defective.
If you receive the wrong product or a defective product, please report it to us via email at anjooscollections@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +919645415008 within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Be sure to provide package opening videos and pictures.
Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
Replacement is subject to availability of stock . In case a Replacement is not available, we will refund the amount for the same.
Please note that no refund or replacement will be processed without package opening videos and pictures.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 10 working days from the date of order cancellation.
