SHIPPING POLICY

                                                     Domestic Shipping (within India) 
 
Orders are dispatched in 1-3 working days through a trusted courier service. 

Refer product description for shipping time in-case of made to order products.

Shipping is free within India on orders valued above INR 999. 

We can only ship one order to one shipping address. If you wish to send multiple items to more than one address, please place one order per shipping address. 

We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been placed. We aim to confirm all dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation. 

Information regarding the tracking number will be communicated to the buyer after the products are dispatched. 

Please note that due to variations in lighting and screen settings, the original product may slightly differ from the images.  

As we sell handmade items, variations between products are expected. 

We try our very best to ensure that there are no delays in shipments, but sometimes it's beyond our control.

                                                                  International Shipping 

Orders are dispatched in 10 working days. International deliveries will be made by UPS, India Post or Fedex and a tracking code will be provided in the confirmation email once the order has been processed.

International shipping is free for orders above Rs.35000/- and for orders upto Rs.35,000 a shipping charge of Rs. 2000 will be applicable.  

Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. The above charges are inclusive of all taxes, fuel surcharge and include Customs clearance charges at India. 

Information regarding the Airway Bill number will be communicated to the buyer after the products are dispatched. 

The courier will attempt to deliver to your shipping address, they will also get in touch with you on the phone or via e-mail, so please keep a look out for such correspondence. 

The following will attract additional charges: 
 

• Delivery to a remote location. 

• Delivery on a Saturday 

Note: International shipments sometimes may attract additional duties and taxes that may be levied on an order once it has reached the destination state or country. In all cases, the customer is liable to clear any such additional charges with the courier company in order to release the goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to state the exact amount of such charges at the time an order is placed since charges vary widely between states and countries.
